We will personalize/design the label for you or you may submit your own graphics!
COST: A ONE-TIME SET UP FEE will be charged, plus $1.00 per label ordered.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of placing the order.

Custom Gift Baskets
Please follow the link to the Basket Order Request Form to customize your basket order.
All baskets will include your choice of wine, 2 wine glasses, and a corkscrew.
Optional add-ons are available.
Priced vary based on your selections.
Please note: submission of this form does not obligate you to order. We will email a confirmation of your order request with an invoice. Once that invoice is paid, please allow up to 7 days for the order to be ready.
